By downloading, installing, or using Motor Notice ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Motor Notice is a car listing aggregator that collects and displays vehicle listings from third-party sources including Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace. The App allows users to:
We do not own, control, or guarantee the accuracy of any listings displayed in the App. All listing content originates from third-party platforms.
You must create an account to use the App. You may register using your email address, Google account, or Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Motor Notice offers a free tier and a premium subscription ("Motor Notice Premium"). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our website (via Stripe) and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's account settings, or for website subscriptions by contacting us.
Refunds. If you subscribed on our website, you may request a full refund within 7 days of any renewal charge; we'll refund it and end your Premium access. Introductory-offer charges (such as the $1 trial) and charges more than 7 days old are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals and keep access through the period you've already paid for. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, refunds are administered by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — contact us and we'll support reasonable requests. If you subscribed through Google Play, contact us and we'll honor the same 7-day renewal-refund window. Refunds are also provided where required by applicable law.

The App displays content sourced from third-party platforms. Motor Notice does not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listings. Any transactions between you and a seller occur outside the App and are solely your responsibility.
By enabling push notifications, you consent to receive alerts on your device for new matching vehicle listings. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings or within the App.
The Motor Notice name, logo, app design, and original content are the property of SideQuest Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted materials without prior written consent.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIDEQUEST LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
