You can request deletion of your Motor Notice account and all associated data at any time. Choose whichever option is easiest for you.
Open Motor Notice and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm. Your account and data are removed right away, and any copies held by our infrastructure providers are purged within 30 days.
Can't reach the app? Email support@motornotice.com from the address on your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We respond within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Prefer to keep your account but remove certain data? Email support@motornotice.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and tell us what to remove — for example your saved searches, saved listings, or location. We'll delete that data while keeping your account active, within 30 days.
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
We may keep a limited set of records where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, or to meet platform (Apple App Store / Google Play) requirements. Subscription and payment records are held by Apple or Google, not by us. Any retained records are kept no longer than required and are never used to re-identify or contact you.
In-app deletion removes your account immediately. Copies held by our infrastructure providers are fully purged within 30 days of the request.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel your subscription first through your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings to avoid further charges.
